In order to provide a cross cultural exposure and a global perspective to the students, EDIFY has developed an extensive International and Domestic Students Exchange Network. The Exchange Program has become increasingly popular among the students and almost 25% of the batch gets a chance to spend some time at a Partner Institute. Efforts are underway to expand the Program further and enable an even larger number of students to avail unique opportunity. Students unable to make it to the exchange program also benefit through interaction with the large number of overseas students spending time at EDIFY. It is a short-term exchange program which is also known as a summer or cultural exchange program. It focuses on home stays, language skills, community service, or cultural activities in a foreign place. Secondary school and primary students are eligible to apply for this program. A short-term exchange lasts from one week to a month and doesn’t require the student to study in any particular partner school or institution. The students are exposed to an intensive program that increases their understanding of other cultures, communities, and languages.
The school is a full-fledged Playgroup to Class 12th school, affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
Yes, the school provides transport services to its’ students, all equipped with GPS, First Aid Box, Fire extinguisher and adequate seating. The parents sign up for the use of school transport at the beginning of a session. The routes and stops are provided during the Orientation before the start of a school session.
Currently the school runs as a day’s school ,boys and girls’ hostels are in plan for future.
Summer Timings:
8:30 am to 12:30 pm – IK classes
8:30 am to 2:30 pm – from grade I upwards
Winter Timings:
9:00 am to 01:00 pm – IK classes
9:00 am to 03:00 pm – from grade I upwards
3C Curriculum is being followed in grades IK1 to V (Playgroup to grade V) and from Grade VI onwards, the CBSE prescribed books and curriculum are strictly
followed.
The 3C curriculum is an integrated curriculum wherein the subjects are interwoven and taught in reference to the immediate world around. 3C stands for Character, Competence and Content and the curriculum focuses on each child as value based content is provided, connections within subjects is emphasized and self-learning is imbibed through activities and student presentations.
