List of documents required for admission
Six passport size photographs of the child.
2 passport size photographs each of mother and father OR guardian
Certified copy of School Report (Board Examination) of the previous academic year
Transfer Certificate
In case of NRI’s/Foreigners – passport copy of the student and both parents.
One certified copy of Child’s Birth Certificate
One certified copy of Aadhar Card
Original blood group report
Certified copy of Caste Certificate (where applicable)
KINDLY NOTE:
All the originals must be submitted for verification at the time of admission.
The original Transfer Certificate/Record Sheet should be submitted at the time of admission or latest before the commencement of the session failing which the admission will stand cancelled without an further notice.
Wherever a photocopy is submitted the original documents should be made available upon request for verification.
